Door Stopper Curved

This made the perfect door stop to keep my door from hitting my cabinets and it looks great also.

This curved door stopper is awesome! I love the look of the black stopper because it matches the decor in our room. It has kind of a mid century modern look to it. The stopper is very heavy and sturdy. We ended up using some 3M sticky tape to attach it to the floor which has worked great! That means it was super easy to install, just attach the tape to the stopper and stick it to where you want on the floor.

This floor stopper is heavy duty. It comes with the hardware to install it. Its easy to install, just a screw to the floor. It looks great and protects from holes in the wall. This is an upgrade from past door stoppers I have used.

I have several items from Mega Handles and I've been very impressed with their quality and durability. This door stop is heavy weight - solid brass with a nice, consistent finish. The size is great for most doors. Our doors are cut close to the floor, but you could have a sizable gap of an inch or slightly more, and this stopper would still work.

I like the look of the stopper and in black, the rubber portion that contacts the door is invisible as it blends seamlessly with the brass portion.

It was easy to install - there's a single mounting stud that has wood screw threads on one side and machine screw threads on the other. Two things about mounting: first, since you've only got that small slot to drive the stud in, I drilled a pretty large pilot hole, and second, when I first screwed the stud into the floor and then screwed on the stopper, it wasn't facing the correct direction. I ended up having to drive the stud another half turn which involved drilling a slightly larger hole in the floor, just 1/16" deep to accommodate the little collar on the stud so I could drive it that needed extra half turn.

This Mega Handles curved door stopper exudes quality with its heavy-duty construction and attractive matte black finish. Rather than drilling into my new rigid vinyl flooring, I opted to mount it using 3M double-sided tape, which has worked adequately so far. Either way, it is very easy to install.
I'm planning to relocate it to the vertical door frame instead of the floor. This would solve two issues: preventing my robot vacuum from bumping into it and eliminating the dust accumulation that occurs behind floor-mounted stoppers.

Very nice looking. I chose this to use in my shed so that it would keep the door from hitting the side shelf. It was easy to just screw down into the floor.

Excellent quality and function! Installation was easy (At least as easy as installing anything into a concrete sub-floor ever is!).

Opening this package for the first time, I was really, really surprised at the high quality of this door stopper. Honestly, when I ordered this, I don’t think I really had any expectations one way or another. It’s a door stop. The door reaches it and stops. But, when I pulled the stopper out of the box, I was shocked at the weight and feel of this stopper. It’s almost 11 ounces which, for me, is the heaviest door stopper I’ve ever used. But the feel of the stopper itself is outstanding. You know how sometimes you can pick something up and, just by feel, tell the quality of the workmanship? Well, that’s this door stopper to a tee.

In addition to the excellent workmanship, the stopper also has a thick rubber bumper to protect your door and it blends right in with the metal portion of the stopper. In fact, I didn’t even notice it at first but am grateful that it is there. The stopper also comes with everything you need to install this in your floor. That said, there is no way my wife would let me install this in our hardwood floors so, now that I know where this base will need to go on my floor (I had to figure out the right position for it), I’ll be building a base to put it on and will wedge it up against the wall. Problem solved.

This is a great doorstop. It is made of very durable materials and the Adhesive is a great advantage in those places you are not able to drill a hole. The ease of installation is shortened up considerably by allowing the strong Adhesive to help out.

This is a rubber and metal door stopper. It is not magnetic. Heavy door hold and very durable. Easy to install but over priced in my opinion. Functions as expected. A step up from regular doorsteps just to expensive to place at every door in the house. A slight flaw in the brushed gold material.

Love this little guy! Pictured here in my unfinished house. We haven’t even laid the floors yet, but you can already see how stunning this is going to look once everything’s done. I have reached out Mega Handles several times. No one ever answered or returned my phone call. I have left several messages. Every time I order my door stop comes damaged or missing the screw and insert. Terrible Customer Service. Do not buy....

Does not fit in the corner and you have to spin the entire thing onto a screw. Cannot be used close to wall. Also a little short for my liking.

Wow, this door stop is a fantastic find! It's incredibly heavyweight & absolutely stunning. The design looks so high-end, you'd think it came from a place like Restoration Hardware or Pottery Barn.
I'm so glad I took the leap & purchased it. This has been hands down one of the easiest, quickest, & most cost-efficient upgrades I've made to my home. While I would have preferred for it to protrude outwards a bit more to stop my door sooner, that's a very minor concern. Installation was super simple, and my walls are still protected. I'm hopeful the metal will not chip or scratch easily, as it truly feels like a luxury item. It’s relatively easy to sweep/mop around thanks to its modern design, and it’s essentially clear of obstruction from any walking path, lending great daily functionality. If you're on the fence about buying it, I highly recommend you go for it—you won't be disappointed!
