Door Stopper Magnetic

Door magnet and door plate come assembled and are impossible to get apart to install

Easy to install. These were helpful for a few doors we have that just don’t want to stay open. Strong magnet and look stylish.

Missing a nut securing wall flange mounted bolt onto which the magnetic door stopper screws. Countersink screws provided, inappropriate for securing the flat wall plate outer surface holes or door mounted base plate. I replaced with flathead screws. Two plastic anchors (not needed) were supplied in a packet with only one screw. I put a lock washer and nut on the bolt (which directions refer to as ‘connector’), extending through, outward from the wall plate and onto which the door stopper screws. The final result works well. Fiddling with this thing, figuring out what was needed turned what should be a five or six minute deal into twenty minutes of frustration.

The magnet was way too strong for my need. It will hold doors just fine, but closing them will be difficult for some older or physically challenged individuals.

For a door in a windy environment, it should work very well. It’s quite attractive.

Drilled in to the baseboard and the door and magnet not strong enough for a solid door !!!!! Pathetic

Magnet very strong. Wall installation needs more than what manufacturer included. You need to hit stud. And door needs to be solid not hollow core. It looks great and works great.

Works very well and easy to install. It holds the door securely without requiring to much effort to separate the door from the magnet.

I have a different version of these. I don't like this one. Magnet is way too strong, especially for door that are not solid wood. Would not buy this one again. If you have small kids, this will be a problem.

I've ordered these door stops many times in multiple finishes. I even put them on doors that have auto-closing hinges on them. And the magnets are strong enough to keep those doors open as well. Even my contractor was impressed with these stoppers. They really do the job while looking classy.

For years we have used a door stop. My husband stumbled on this. Ordered, installed, WOW. So nice to not have to deal with finding the doorstop!

Expensive but worth it. These look really great and are an upgrade to the look of the door. Worth the price.

Magnet is really too strong. I needed to put a small piece of tape on it to open the door smoothly. Otherwise looks great.

The product itself is of great quality and I would recommend. My issue is that I ordered the 2 pack and only received one. Instead of just sending the other one, a replacement order of 2 pack was issued and I was to return the original shipment. The next day I received one again!!! Clearly something wrong. My concern is that I do not get charged for this twice

Great magnetic strength. Priced right. A little noisy when latching or unlatching. But still much better than the cheaper brands. Installation took but a few minutes. I will probably buy another one for my inside garage door.

I received this item in a box with other items I had ordered. The plastic bag it was "supposed" to be in was open and the larger piece was loose in the box....no second piece and no screws. Will be returning what I have. Very disappointed.

Is super strong I was worried it would rip right out of the wall when trying to close the door, but have not had any problems. It also works as a stopper to keep the door handle from hitting the wall. Super easy to install probably did it in less than 5 min.

This is a beautiful design. No kick stand that randomly falls down. Just a simple, clean look. Great hold, does its job very well. Easy to hold and unhold door. I use it for my garage to home door. I love it.

I love this door stopper/holder. We had a foot operated one on the door that would always slip and allow the door to close. It's a little thing but very irritating.

This installed easily. I installed it onto the door and floor vs. the wall. It keeps the door from opening too wide and damaging the wall. Importantly, it holds the door open perfectly. Even with self-closing hinges on the door this keeps the door held tightly in place. We're very happy with the result. Now I can remove one irritating thing from the to-do list.

I wholeheartedly recommend this door catch/holder. It's an outstanding value.
